Setting "send_error = yes" in mods-enabled/eap was working fine with windows 10. Sadly "send_error = yes" now causes iOS 9.3.1 not to prompt the user for a new password, while iOS<9.3.1 always did (regardlessly of how send_error is set).

Has anyone faced this problem yet?

I haven't seen it, mostly because I haven't used Windows 10 or iOS 9.3.1, and PEAP authentication.
