Thanks Frank I'd tried two instances of preprocess but couldn't get it to work. I'll do some reading and try again. You can set up 2 instances of preprocess, process huntgroups in the first instance and hints in the second. You can also set the Huntgroup item in hints as the result of an sql or ldap lookup.
