It says "unknown client". That's pretty clear.
Wifi clients are declared under clients-enabled & included in radiusd.conf
The default configuration doesn't have a "clients-enabled". Edit clients.conf, and add clients there. And read the debug output. See http://wiki.freeradius.org/radiusd-X Alan DeKok.
