FW: MSSQL using unixodbc and truncation of characters
Hi, Just to say I tried recompiling freetds again, wondering if an older repo version was missing a function or something but still : rlm_sql_unixodbc: 01000 [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib '/usr/local/lib/libtdsodbc.so' : *??~: undefined symbol: get_vtable despite isql working fine.. Hmm, guess that's that then unless there is some expert out there who knows what's going on. (by the way is there a nice way to get shot of all these ansi escape codes from the radius.log? It looks nice in -X mode, but not great back-end)
See radiusd.conf, "log" subeection. Look for "colourise".
So I need to use an explicit sql call to set the database early on, but otherwise it works without too much hassle, and no truncation of returned value (!)
That's good to hear.
Thanks VERY much, this list is great.
Thanks. It's what we do. Alan DeKok. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
