In order to better understand the needs of people using FreeRADIUS, I've set up a survey with 12 questions. The goal is to understand who's using FreeRADIUS, how they're using it, and what the users needs are. The page is: http://gs-survey.com/s.asp?s=1651 Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey, and I'll be posting a summary of the responses here. I expect to have a few more surveys after this one, to be able to target future development. Thanks for your efforts in supporting FreeRADIUS. Ok. I logged out of their system, logged back in, and poked the button again. It's now telling me "Survey online", so let's see if it works. Sorry for the problems. Alan DeKok. -- http://deployingradius.com - The web site of the book http://deployingradius.com/blog/ - The blog

With FreeRadius, Is it possible to log accounting data to both SQL and to standard Radius files? We would like to upgrade our Cistron Radius to FreeRadius, and our accounting system (Rodopi) uses standard Radius logs, but we would like to switch to SQL. Thanks, Kevin. ------------------------------------------------------ Kevin Hemsley kev@ida.net NF7J

Yes. Just list "detail" and "sql" in the relevant accounting sections. Alan DeKok. -- http://deployingradius.com - The web site of the book http://deployingradius.com/blog/ - The blog

I install fedora core 4, freeradius 1.0.1, samba, i join the first domain, try ntlm_auth on command line it is ok, i try with the 2 other forest the comman "ntlm_auth --username --domain and give the password it is ok, i can autenticate all the users on the three forest, but it doesn't work with ntradping.
