See the dictionary.3com, it seems you're missing a dash, it's "3Com-Administrator" I believe the 4500 were still "pure" 3Com switches, not some H3C or HP crossover that use dictionnary.h3c On a 3Com/H3C labeled HP 1910 series the switch logs an message if an unknown RADIUS message is received, I don't know if the 4500's do, you might want to check the switchs' log. -- Mathieu
