Should be possible. In fact, if you don't use "radlast", just comment-out "unix" from accounting section. Also, while you're at it, if you don't track Simultaneous-Use, or track Simultaneous-Use using sql, comment out "radutmp" from accounting and session section as well.
Also what is it used for exactly.

$ man radlast If you don't know what it's for and aren't using it, edit raddb/sites-available/default. Look for "wtmp" Alan DeKok.
