Hi, While examining a session without a stop record, we noticed something like this. Session start and interm-update are seen in the radacct files , but we could not find any record about this session in the radius log file (radius.log). What could be the reason for this? The server only logs the packets it sees. If it doesn't log anything, it's because it didn't receive packets. Alan DeKok.
The reason for the lost was as follows: it could not write to the rsyslog system due to configuration problem because of low rate-limiting in rsyslog.conf but FR related radacct files were updating correctly.
