I have tested up to around 400. But need it to support more than 600 requests per sec.

Please let me know the max rate it can support or if it has any dependency on the hardware.

Hi, have you read http://freeradius.org/features/fast.html 400 req/sec seems to be very low. I think you have a large potential for optimization in your setup.
