PPA stable 3.x plans for Ubuntu 16.04?
I'm looking at upgrading from 2.x to 3, but wonder if a new stable build is coming soon. Are there plans to have the PPA updated soon after the release of 16.04? Thanks! Steve

I'm not sure. The Debian maintainer seems to have disappeared, and is unresponsive. We need a new Debian maintainer, but the process isn't trivial, and no one has stepped forward. Alan DeKok.

I've just updated ppa:freeradius/stable-3.0 to 3.0.11, and add xenial as well. It's based on upstream source with minimal changes (only debian/changelog. Except for precise, long story). Again, this ppa is an unofficial build, use at your own risk. Ubuntu's official FR packages are following debian, which currently stuck at 2.2.8 -- Fajar
