Motorola switch auth
Hi! a'm using freeradius 1.1.7 with ldap, i have a motorola switch, that work with radius, for motorola switches i need configure an id code permision in the auth process, how i can configure these? or where i can find information for this? thanks. Walter Herrera.

Search the list archives and you'll see that even the conservative enterprise Linux distributions like RHEL5 will ship at least FreeRADIUS 2.1. Really, just upgrade.

With the exact model name there might be a chance to get some idea but you haven't mentioned it. Otherwise yes, ask the vendor as Allan wrote for (vendor-specific) attributes or VSA your switch supports. The dictionary folder (share) contains some Canopy and Wireless (Symbol Tech.) from related to Motorola. -- Mathieu
