But, when I try to access from a client windows, through a vpn, the freeradius not respond. I configured the vpn server with the ip of vpn server.

Thanks a lot, Marilene - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html perhaps firewall blocks packets udp on 1812 try pinging or connetting to another service and see what is wrong
