It wouldn't be that difficult to create a script that would take each  
of the current radcheck/radreply entries and create a "section" out  
of them, then migrate the rest of the schema from how it sits now to  
how it would be.  Or write up a doc on how to do the migration as  
it's not a difficult migration.  It's just a slight variation where  
the radcheck entries for a user just becomes a section unto itself.
