Problem in starting Free Radius after installation. Please reply urgent

Basically you need to set your radius configurations globally readable
only. If they are globally writable as well, they can be changed by any
user (which the free radius designers think is bad)

So all you need to do is `chmod go-w what_ever_file_or_dir`
