I guess the "Starting - reading configuration ..." that doesn't make it 
any longer into the log file (at least when logging to file), because 
the fake config parsing for the log file location happens later in 
src/main/read_mainconfig.c, if I understand the code correctly.

But I may be wrong as I haven't tracked the complete changes to this code.
