  The "sim_file" module has been deleted.  See raddb/README.rst.

  For v3, module configuration is in raddb/mods-enabled.

  I strongly suggest following the default layout and examples.

  There are other ways to update the SIM triplets.  See rlm_passwd,
which can read data from flat-text files.
