That was exactly my thought. I'm just too unfamiliar with RedHat
to know whether their repositories were too small or I was just
missing something.
I now know it's the former...

Yeah, that's what I thought would be the case.
On the other hand, they're probably the ones who desperately want
feature X from 3.1.x, but wont shift from an official RedHat RPM.
