Compiling Problem concerning `crypt' !!!

Hi all,
Attached the codes of error when I am compiling Radius 1.0.4
When I finish ./configure, then MAKE, the error happens.
The error is related to `lrad_crypt_check', and i have no idea what it
does.
Please give any comment on the problem.
