Version 1.0.4 Upgrading

Hello,

Currently i am using i have 1.0.2 version running on
my linux box.

I made plan to upgrade it with the letest  Version
1.0.4.

I have a small question about the 1.0.2 configuration
files. How i should upgrade it. Is configuration files
will be also upgraded or it will be not effected?
