Access-Reject

Sorry Alan this is my first major dive into FreeRadius if I am a little
annoying please forgive me just trying to learn,
Here is what i got from the debug mode on cli:
[root at server1 mcooper]# radtest mcooper 123abc localhost:1645 1645 testpw
Sending Access-Request of id 113 to 127.0.0.1:1645
User-Name = "mcooper"
User-Password = "123abc"
NAS-IP-Address = server1.bccisp.net
NAS-Port = 1645
rad_recv: Access-Reject packet from host 127.0.0.1:1645, id=113, length=20
[root at server1 mcooper]#
And here is what I see in the logs:
Mon Jun 27 13:10:38 2005 : Info: Using deprecated naslist file. Support for
this will go away soon.
Mon Jun 27 13:10:38 2005 : Info: rlm_exec: Wait=yes but no output defined.
Did you mean output=none?
Mon Jun 27 13:10:38 2005 : Error: ERROR: Cannot find a configuration entry
for module "sql".
Mon Jun 27 13:10:45 2005 : Info: Using deprecated naslist file. Support for
this will go away soon.

Did you mean output=none?
