Problem with false errors logging in

i am having problems with false errors when trying to login.  for example when i try to
login some clients are getting MPP Attempts and others are getting multiple login errors.
however other customers are not getting these errors when connecting thourhg the same NAS
box.  i have tryed clearing the MYSQL Db radacct table.  and that has not done it.
frankle i am not an expert in freeradius and do not know where else to turn.  if i
recreate a new account for the customers that are having problems they can then get in but
this ius not an answer just a bandaid.
any help would be great
