Configuring RADIUS Users

did you restart the radiusd process? are you using radiusd -X  - if so, did you
see ANY kind of traffic reaching the server? if not, then the traffic is being
blocked somewhere - perhaps you have a firewall process on the server? iptables
that needs to be configured maybe?
