rlm_eap(peap):unknown error

Hi,

I am using FreeRADIUS-1.0.5 under cygwin.
I used "./configure --without-snmp --disable-shared --enable-static" option.
I started "radiusd -f -X", "unknown error" occured.
Log and eap.conf are shown below.

However, "radiusd -f -X" is successful when "default_eap_type = peap" is changed 
into "default_eap_type = md5" and "peap" secion is commented out.

If some may be understood, please let me know.
