Have you run the server in debug mode to see what it is doing? radiusd -X
As Phil said "Client-IP-Address is added by the preprocess module. Have you removed this from "authorize"? If so, don't do that."
The huntgroups file is also processed in the preprocess module, so if you have removed preprocess from the authorize section then your configuration wont work anyway.
