radutmp file administration

Hi fellows.

I am relatively newbie with freeradius.

Are there problem in remove the radutmp file ( radius stop; rm; radius 
start of course) ? What kind of information are lost ?

Are there any utility to admin the radutmp file such to remove an user 
entry ?
