freeRadius Features

Hi all,

 

I need to install a radius server and i already testes freeradius and seems
is really good.

i need to know if freeradius supports:

 

- Change of Authorization while the subscriber's PPP session is still
connected.

 

- Disconnect users based on download volume limitation
