Error PROFIND request failed on'/' Error PROFIND of '/': 405 Method Not Allowed (http://192.168.1.75)

Hi

When I try to open up the repository  using TortoiseSVN Checkout I receive the following error messages:
Error PROFIND request failed on'/' 
Error PROFIND of '/': 405 Method Not Allowed (http://192.168.1.75)

What is causing the Error Message? and how do I correct it?
