  That's pretty definitive.

  The packet has:

>         User-Password = "testpass"

  And SQL has:

> |  37 | 3339999999 | User-Password     | 378b243e220ca493 | == |

  Could you explain why you think that entry should match?  The entry
in SQL has a different password than what's in the packet.
