mysql 4.1.0 can not run normally in Freeradius 1.0.5

     I am not family with FR. I just use
      ./configure
      make
      make install
      Howerver when I input : radiusd -X
      The same error appears.
      Is it the correct way to recompile FR? If not , will you please tell
me the correct way?
