HOW TO ATTACH A USER TO A SPECIFIC MAC ADDRESS

How do I define a user in users file so that the user
can only be accepted from a given mac address ?

In the following exemple , what must I replace <.....>
with in the check items ? :

user1    User-Password == passwd  <.....>
