If you can't understand that message yourself, no-one here will be able 
to help you:

So, just a wild guess here, perhaps:

Jvuvant Auth-Type := EAP, User-Password =="ayati", Simultaneous-Use=1

...I mean, come on. The server TELLS YOU how to fix it.
