Multiple Accounting in Radacct

Hi, I posted the same problem just a few days ago .... 21-Mar-2006 ..
(Subject: Duplicate Accounting Start Packets)
I added my solution, but did not get any feedback if this would be ok.

Hi all. 
My radius server records to mysql database for every single user session for
3 times in three rows. similar records for 1 single user but the different
is in mil.sec. What configuration in freeradius might done this? 
Is this because the NAS or th radius server?
