v1.1.1 rlm_eap compile problem (no prob in v1.1.0)

I've OpenSSL installed an still got exactly the same error.

(Ubuntu Breezy, openssl 0.9.7 , Freeradius 1.1.1)

¿What can I do? I need eap_peap...
