  You aren't using the new dictionaries.  See the "share" directory of
the CVS head, there is NO reference to "ATTRIB_NMC" *anywhere*.

  You haven't installed the new dictionaries.  Or,
/etc/raddb/dictionary is still pointing to the older dictionaries.
