OpenSSL vulnerability may affect FreeRADIUS

  From my preliminary reading, this may only affect people using
EAP-TLS.  PEAP and EAP-TTLS do not validate certificates on the server
side, so they may not be vulnerable.

  Still, it's probably worth upgrading OpenSSL.
