wired 802.1x supplicent open source where i can get it?

I did not test it, but I wonder that wpa_supplicant may work since you 
have to setup on which interface it works. For my part, if your wired 
interface supports WPA/WPA2, it should work with the use of a 802.1x 
compliant switch.
