Errors reading dictionary - MikroTik

Hi,
I have found this explanation in the MikroTik manual

Which has me stumped, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be removing (or
adding) to what configuration files to alleviate my problem?
Has anyone else had a similar problem they can shed some light on?
