[Cobb] What should I use?  I have tried User-Password==,
Cleartext-Password:=, Cleartext-Password==,
NT-Password=="0x0123456789abcdef...",
NT-Password=="0123456789abcdef......"

All complain that the NT Response is invalid and all but User-Password
complain that the User-Password is not supplied.
