Mikrotik access and authentication with radius for the hotspot service

Well, we are still on the development stage and mikrotik is one of the
choosen NAS that will be used.

As long as I know, mikrotik already explain how to use external radius
server. See http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/guide/aaa_radius.php
