freeradius and cisco 3550 dynamic vlanassignmentissue(authentication is working)

Debug freeradius with -X to see if it's sending attributes and debug
radius on cisco to see what happened to them. If cisco is getting
attributes but not implementing them ... You are writing to the wrong
list.
