Error: no DB handles to use

Hi,

I met a strange problem seems related "rlm_sql". When freeradius running in debug mode(radiusd -X) everything works fine, but there's something wrong in normal mode. 

Below please find the error information in radius.log file. Need your help!

Sun Nov 18 15:13:24 2007 : Error: rlm_sql (sql): Failed to connect DB handle #4
Sun Nov 18 15:13:24 2007 : Info: rlm_sql (sql): There are no DB handles to use! skipped 5, tried to connect 1

My configuration: 
OS: Fedora Core 7
FreeRadius: 1.1.7-3
FreeTDS: 0.64-6
unixODBC: 2.2.12-2
