2.0.0-pre2 missing radrelay functionality?

  Grab a copy of the CVS head.  See
raddb/sites-available/copy-acct-to-home-server

  The "radrelay" functionality is now just a variant of a "listen"
section.  Instead of listening on a socket, it listens on a file.
