How to combine mac and web based authentication

Why? Mac auth uses mac addresses as usernames and passwords. Web auth
uses username and password. There is nothing to combine here. Unless you
want to tie users to specific mac addresses. Than just add that as
Calling-Station-Id check item in user profile.
