ttls with mschapv2

Hello all,
Given the log I attached, may someone tell me what's the problem 
authenticating my client(using ttls with mschapv2)?
Towards the end of the log I get this:

  eaptls_verify returned 11
  rlm_eap_tls: >>> Unknown TLS version [length 0002] 
TLS Alert write:fatal:protocol version
    TLS_accept:error in SSLv3 read client certificate A
rlm_eap_tls: SSL_read failed in a system call (-1), TLS session fails.

This may be significant enough for someone experienced to figure out 
what's the problem.
