pam_radius_auth is packaged in Ubuntu as package 'libpam-radius-auth'
and will put it's config file in /etc/pam_radius_auth.conf. You will
need to activate the module in your pam configuration in /etc/pam.d.
That step is not automatic as there are lots of ways to use the module.
