Is it possible to use FreeRADIUS as AAA in a Cellular Network?

Here are some Accounting Attributes;

Acct-Session-Time
Acct-Input-Octets
Acct-Output-Octets
Acct-Input-Packets
Acct-Output-Packets

In regard to data services capturing "traffic amount(byte count)" is
more pragmatic than relying on session time.
