Problem (?) with multiple dhcp sites and 2.0.5

  Grab an update from CVS.  It turns out (not suprisingly) that sockets
have to be bound to an interface before they bind to an IP address.

  I've also updated the debug printing routines, so that the interface
name is printed when the server starts up.
