A good Open Source Billing Program For Freeradius?

Take a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/daloradius
daloRADIUS is both a management platform for FreeRADIUS as well
as having accounting and billing support though the billing support
definitely needs it's own maintainer so you can have a look around and
possibly help out yourself.
