problem with postgres and 2.0.4

didnt work. as hinted at, rlm_sql now has a num_fields thing
to see if you've used 5 or 6 rows. if you use 5, you're normal,
if you've used 6 then the new field is the virtual server. 
hmmm....too dumb really, but I'll bite.

submitted bug 551 - this gives sql_postgres a sql_num_fields
function which is needed for the new virtual_server to work
(or not work if you dont want them!)
