Can i have a group of roles

Your "roles" would be (sql, ldap, unix, ...) groups in radius. They
would have common checks and reply attributes (users file,
radgroupcheck/radgroupreply tables, ...).

>Group - is a collection of roles.

You would then assign users to appropriate groups.
